If you’re looking for affordable counselling, in Croydon or surrounding areas, Care To Listen is here to support you. We are a registered charity (No. 1215028) providing professional and accessible counselling services, either in-person at our Addiscombe location or online.
As a trusted and well-established counselling service, we support individuals and couples seeking low-cost therapy within their local community.
Since 2007, our experienced team of counsellors has provided confidential, non-judgemental support in a safe and welcoming environment. Our mission is simple: to make high-quality counselling accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of background or financial situation.
Our Services & Approach
We offer a wide range of talking therapies including one-to-one counselling, psychodynamic therapy, couples counselling and our latest service, neuro-affirmative counselling.
Our services support people experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties, among many other mental health concerns.
Between 2016 and 2026, Care To Listen also worked alongside South London and Maudsley NHS Trust to deliver Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), also known as Croydon Talking Therapies.
