Offering both individual and relationship counselling, we work in partnership with our clients to provide a safe, relaxed, non-judgemental and confidential counselling environment.  We specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and person centred counselling guiding our clients towards positive manageable and sustainable personal outcomes.

Individual Counselling

Overcoming difficult and often traumatic times starts with a simple phone call. We encourage our clients to express their feelings, emotions and past experiences in a relaxed and confidential setting. By talking through problems and identifying underlying factors we are able to develop new behaviours and techniques to help tackle their individual needs in a positive and structured way.
